Procurement Manager
- Partnering with internal teams to develop and deliver procurement and category strategies across OPEX services and CAPEX works.
- Identifying opportunities to consolidate spend, improve specifications, benchmark the market and drive better value across the portfolio.
- Managing supplier and contractor relationships, including performance, escalation, non-conformance and improvement plans.
- Leading the day-to-day relationship with Goodman’s outsourced procurement support partner, including service levels, quality, KPIs and issue resolution.
- Supporting contract management, procurement governance and accurate contract records.
- Managing purchase-to-pay activity through Yardi, including purchase orders, approvals, invoicing and process improvements.
- Developing and implementing supplier performance scorecards, review cadences and contractor management frameworks.
- Providing reporting and insights on supplier performance, contract risk, BPO delivery, budget tracking and cost optimisation.
- Around 7+ years’ experience in procurement, contract management, supplier management or category management.
- Experience working with service categories such as cleaning, security, waste, grounds, mechanical, electrical, fire services or minor works.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing outsourced partners, shared services or BPO arrangements would be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, ideally with Yardi or a similar property/ERP system.
- Experience developing or using supplier performance frameworks, scorecards or contractor management processes.
- High attention to detail, strong organisation skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to work independently across a broad portfolio while building strong relationships across the business.
