Procurement Manager
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep category expertise across direct material portfolios, including market dynamics, cost drivers, value chain transparency, and supplier landscapes.
- Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities, manufacturing requirements, growth objectives, and sustainability ambitions.
- Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships with global, regional, and local suppliers across direct material categories.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and supplier engagements to secure value, innovation, and supply continuity.
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization across materials, logistics, inventory, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, and Quality teams to deliver sourcing initiatives.
- Contribute to regional and global procurement projects supporting business growth, digitalization, and sustainability objectives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience within direct materials categories, gained in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, consumer goods, packaging, or related industries.
- Experience managing one or more direct material portfolios such as raw materials, packaging, ingredients, components, resins, chemicals, or other production-related spend categories.
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead high-value commercial negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience operating in complex multinational organizations.
- Exposure to APAC and/or global supply markets is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analytical, commercial, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
