Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and procurement activities to drive cost savings and business profitability.
- Manage supplier performance, quality, compliance, risk, and ensure reliable supply of materials to support production and OTIF delivery.
- Oversee procurement budgets, POs, contracts, and commodity spend, including high-value contracts of SGD 50M+.
- Lead and develop the supply chain/procurement team, driving KPIs, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive supplier development, sourcing of engineering components/materials, and compliance with ISO, ESG, trade, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage SAP/Epicor, Excel, e-sourcing, analytics, and AI tools to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 8–10 years’ procurement experience in manufacturing
