Procurement Manager (Semiconductor)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procurement cycle from supplier sourcing to delivery

  • Develop, evaluate, and manage local and overseas suppliers

  • Review quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and oversee purchase orders

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, and invoice issues

  • Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities

  • Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and stock control

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, logistics, and import/export arrangements

  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company and ISO requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management

  • Experience in supplier development and vendor performance evaluation is preferred

  • Knowledge of inventory planning and stock control

  • Experience in Semiconductor, Engineering, Construction, M&E, or Manufacturing industries is an advantage

  • Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and procurement processes

  • Knowledge of local and international procurement, logistics, and import/export operations is preferred

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

  • Able to manage multiple suppliers and procurement priorities independently

  • Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
