Procurement manager (ship supply)

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement in Ship supply

Sourcing & Supplier Management

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with sales forecasts and company growth objectives
Source and evaluate local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure reliable supply chains
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, rebates, and contracts to optimize cost savings and improve profit margins
Build and sustain strong supplier partnerships to guarantee long-term supply stability
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations focusing on pricing, quality, delivery, and compliance

Inventory & Cost Control

Maintain optimal inventory levels to support healthy stock turnover rates
Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin enhancement
Monitor and report key procurement performance indicators, including cost savings, supplier reliability, lead times, and inventory aging
Oversee product specifications, costing structures, and packaging standards to ensure quality and compliance
