Procurement Manager – Solvents & Distributor Management LATAM - Jundiaí/SP

About this Position We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead Solvents and Distributor Management sourcing activities across Latin America. This role will be responsible for managing approximately €13M in spend, driving sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost-saving projects across the region. The position also includes people development, Quality Management responsibilities, and close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. What you´ll do Lead sourcing activities for Solvents and Distributor Management across LATAM. Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier screening, quotations, negotiations, contracting, and implementation. Deliver savings targets and drive value creation across the business. Manage key supplier and distributor relationships across the region. Partner with regional and global stakeholders on procurement initiatives and projects. Act as the Procurement Quality Management representative for LATAM. Manage, coach, and develop regional interns. Support sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.
