Procurement Manager / Sourcing Process Architect (Lahore Remote)
Summary
The Procurement Manager will design and standardize end-to-end sourcing workflows and SOPs for an AI-assisted procurement platform. This role involves vetting suppliers, training offshore teams, and ensuring quality control across various procurement requests.
This is a remote position.
We’re building an AI-assisted “Procurement Concierge” platform that helps individuals and small businesses source anything — from marble to uniforms — quickly and transparently.
We’re looking for an experienced procurement professional to design the sourcing playbooks, vet suppliers, and train a team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop end-to-end procurement workflows (RFQ templates, supplier evaluation, cost comparison).
- Standardize sourcing methods so they can be executed by junior staff + AI.
- Vet and onboard reliable suppliers across multiple categories.
- Review initial procurement requests and ensure quality control.
- Train and oversee offshore procurement assistants.
- Help refine the system for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in procurement or sourcing (manufacturing, materials, retail, or general goods).
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- CIPS Required.
- Can turn your procurement process into clear, repeatable SOPs.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion).
- Fluent English, excellent written communication.
