The Procurement Manager will be responsible for
managing and developing both the strategic and operational procurement
activities within the organization. The role will oversee the complete
Procurement Cycle from sourcing and supplier evaluation to negotiation,
contracting, and supplier performance management. The Procurement Manager will
also be responsible for identifying Cost Saving opportunities, managing
procurement risks, supporting clients’ procurement requirements, and leading
the procurement team. The role requires a hands-on manager who can provide both
managerial oversight and technical support across procurement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective
Procurement Strategies aligned with business and client requirements.
- Manage the complete Procurement Cycle
from sourcing and supplier selection through negotiation, contracting, and
delivery.
- Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
process.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based
on price, quality, reliability, and business requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong
relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Lead negotiations related to pricing,
payment terms, commercial conditions, and contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate Supplier
Performance and address procurement-related issues.
- Identify and implement Cost Saving
and cost optimization opportunities.
- Conduct procurement analysis to
identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Risk Management activities
related to suppliers and procurement.
- Work closely with clients and
internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide
suitable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement
policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Provide technical support and
guidance to procurement and category specialists.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the
procurement team.
- Take a hands-on role in complex
procurement activities, negotiations, supplier issues, and critical procurement
matters.
- Maintain accurate procurement
records, supplier information, contracts, and related documentation.
- Continuously identify opportunities
to improve procurement processes, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum
5 yearsof experience in Procurement or a related field. - Minimum
2 yearsof experience at aManagerial Level. - Proven experience managing the full
Procurement / P2P Cycle. - Experience across different procurement
categories.
- Strong experience in
Supplier / Vendor Management. - Experience in
Negotiation,Supplier Evaluation, andContract Terms. - Demonstrated experience in
Cost Savingand procurement analysis.
Nationality:
- Open to all nationalities.
Saudi Nationalis preferred.
Language:
- Fluent English is required. .
Team Management:
- Ability to combine team management with
hands-on technical procurement responsibilities.
