Procurement Manager

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement of IT security hardware and software, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, reliable support, and up-to-date product insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on company priorities, maintain optimal inventory levels, and conduct market research to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Oversee logistics and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery to Singapore.
• Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
• Partner with internal teams to support hardware integration and project-based procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security procurement, preferably with products from leading brands such as Cisco, FireEye, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, and Fortinet.
• Familiar with Singapore’s IT systems integrator ecosystem and distribution channels.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
