Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning, new business initiatives, and operational requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across quality, service, and cost.
Support inventory planning and supply continuity while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Analyse procurement trends, market pricing, and supplier performance to drive cost optimisation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Lead and develop a Procurement Executive while supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

Experience managing end-to-end procurement within facilities management, food services, data centres, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
Good commercial acumen with experience driving cost optimisation and operational improvements.
Experience using ERP systems and preparing procurement reports will be advantageous.
Able to work independently within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
