Our partner is a leading global IT services and consulting company, delivering technology solutions to large international organizations. They are now looking for an IT Procurement Officer to join their Budapest team.
The new colleague will manage the purchasing of IT equipment, software and services, making sure everything is ordered, delivered and tracked smoothly. He/she will work closely with suppliers, internal IT teams and business stakeholders to support day-to-day procurement activities.

- At least 1 year of experience in IT procurement, IT support, asset management or a similar IT-related environment
- Experience working with vendors and procurement processes
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at the same time
Nice to have
- IT-related degree
- Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL or IT asset management
