They are presently seeking a Procurement Officer or "next level" Spare Parts Interpreter with expertise in machinery, spare parts, equipment, or engineering supplies.

The Position...

The position entails maximizing possibilities within the procurement and spare parts department by establishing strong relationships with both internal and external team members.

Specific job responsibilities include:

• Tracking and maintaining inventory levels of all parts and machinery, ensuring that acceptable stock levels are maintained and placing of orders to replace stock levels as required.
  
• Ensure that all sales, backorders, forward orders, stock transfers and general product distribution are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Updating of customers with expected product estimated time of delivery.
  
• Purchasing, invoicing, receipting sales, ensuring credits and order fulfillment.
  
• Scheduling of equipment servicing.
