About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer & Settlement (Fiber to the Home) to join our team in West Jakarta on a full-time basis. This role is critical to the success of our FTTH projects, as it bridges procurement operations with financial settlement processes. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and settlement procedures that directly support the delivery of our telecommunications infrastructure projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to Indonesia's digital transformation whilst developing expertise in telecommunications procurement and project management.
Key responsibilities
Managing end-to-end procurement processes for Fibre to the Home projects, including vendor selection, quotation evaluation, and contract negotiation
Coordinating with project teams to understand material and service requirements, ensuring timely procurement of necessary resources
Maintaining comprehensive procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and purchase orders with project documentation
Managing settlement procedures between the company and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
Liaising with finance, operations, and project management teams to facilitate smooth procurement-to-settlement workflows
Monitoring supplier performance and quality standards to ensure compliance with project specifications
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending process improvements for procurement efficiency
Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support ongoing business objectives
Preparing procurement reports and providing analysis to support management decision-making
What we're looking for
Proven experience in procurement operations, preferably within the telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries
Strong understanding of procurement processes, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain coordination
Experience with settlement procedures, invoice reconciliation, and financial documentation
Demonstrated proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial and administrative documentation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external suppliers
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
Language proficiency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
