Procurement Operations Executive (Coupa, Vendor Onboarding, Office Hours) #HDC1

Keep procurement running smoothly behind the scenes. Join the enterprise supply chain team of an established organisation and own vendor onboarding, contract records and procure-to-pay support on Coupa.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run compliance checks on new vendor requests and activate approved suppliers in Coupa
• Maintain accurate vendor master data, including registration, banking and tax details
• Guide vendors through portal registration and troubleshoot onboarding issues with Finance and IT
• Set up Coupa sourcing events and review low-value purchase requisitions against policy
• Upload and maintain contract records; flag upcoming expiries for renewal
• Create manual invoices for offline vendors and support 3-way matching
• Review the vendor base quarterly and track onboarding metrics

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in any discipline and above; procurement certification is a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor administration, purchasing or shared services
• Experience with Coupa (Sourcing, PR/PO, Contracts, Invoicing, SIM) or similar P2P systems
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation); Power BI is a plus
• Organised, independent and detail-oriented, with high integrity
