Procurement Operations Executive (P2P) (6 Months Contract) #NKC

About the Job

You will be part of a Procurement team responsible for supporting procurement operations, policy compliance, and process efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring effective governance and smooth end-to-end procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement operations for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, including tender opening, procurement system administration, and daily transaction processing.
• Manage and respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding procurement policies, operating guidelines, and other procurement-related matters in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate closely with regional procurement support teams and address any escalated matters from business stakeholders.
• Support new system rollouts and enhancements by preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met prior to go-live.
• Ensure compliance by proactively identifying business and regulatory risks and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate potential issues.
• Support procurement process improvements and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
