# Procurement – 3P Operations Executive ## Job Summary The Procurement – 3P Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, vendor coordination, and material planning. This role ensures smooth order processing, maintains compliance, prevents stock-outs, and supports inventory management to facilitate seamless supply chain operations aligned with the company's sustainability goals. ## Responsibilities - **Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations:** Manage the entire P2P cycle, including purchase requisition creation, purchase order processing, goods receipt note (GRN), invoicing, and payment coordination, ensuring adherence to procurement policies. - **Order & Vendor Management:** Execute and track purchase orders, follow up with vendors for timely deliveries, and resolve order-related issues through effective communication with internal teams and vendors. - **Material Master & System Controls:** Maintain and update material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy of SKU details, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead times, and other relevant data. - **Commercial Compliance:** Ensure vendor contracts, pricing terms, and procurement documentation comply with company policies; support internal audits and compliance checks. - **Inventory & Stock Planning Support:** Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of stock-outs or excess inventory, and collaborate with planning teams to maintain optimal stock levels and timely replenishment. - **Reporting & MIS:** Prepare procurement dashboards, MIS reports, and vendor performance trackers; analyze KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), lead time, cost variance, and stock health to support operational decision-making. ## Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or P2P roles. - Strong understanding of procurement workflows and vendor management. - Working knowledge of SAP MM or relevant SAP modules. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboard creation. - Exposure to Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools is a plus. - Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced D2C / FMCG environment. - Educational qualifications: Not specified, but typically a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. ## Preferred Skills - Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems. - Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices. - Ability to analyze procurement data and generate actionable insights. - Familiarity with inventory management and material planning tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ## Experience - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or P2P functions within FMCG, D2C, or related industries. ## Environment - The role is based **on-site in Mumbai (Dadar)**. - The work environment involves coordination with multiple internal teams such as planning, warehouse, and finance. - The setting is fast-paced, requiring agility and proactive communication. ## Salary - Not specified. ## GrowthOpportunities - The role offers high ownership and exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, providing a pathway for career growth within procurement, supply chain management, or operations leadership. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding sustainable consumer brand. - Engagement in a performance-driven culture with potential for professional development. - Involvement in impactful, eco-conscious initiatives.
