Job Summary
Manage procurement activities for construction materials and services to support project execution, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Source construction materials and services to meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations to identify best value options
- Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Negotiate prices and terms to optimize procurement costs and maintain supplier partnerships
- Maintain organized procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–2 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
