Procurement Referent

Bagira Systems, a leading defense company specializing in advanced simulation systems, is looking for a Procurement referent to join our team in Modi’in.

The role involves responsibility for coordinating and executing procurement activities:

• Liaising with domestic and international suppliers to obtain and compare price quotes.

• Negotiating with suppliers to improve procurement terms.

• Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.

• Managing inventory, including placing reorders as needed.

• Working with ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.

• Supporting the company's import/export operations.

• Tracking and documenting invoices and payments.

• Collaborating with various departments within the organization.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role at a global company.

• Proven negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems for procurement and inventory management.

• Proficiency in working in a computerized environment and using MS Office applications.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• High level of precision, orderliness, and organizational skills.

• Good command of English.

• Relevant academic degree – an advantage.
