Procurement Senior Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Warsaw
Start: ASAP (up to a 1-month notice period is acceptable)
Contract: Until the end of the year with a strong possibility of extension
Rate: Up to 140 PLN/h (B2B)
Skills required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or a similar role.
Experience negotiating and managing NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and other commercial agreements.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional, international teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with e-Sourcing tools such as Coupa, SAP, or similar platforms.
Practical knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools.
Project Management experience is highly desirable.
Experience within Data Centers, Construction, Telecommunications, Utilities, or M&A integration projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
Contract Management
Lead negotiations of NDAs, Master Agreements, SOWs, amendments, and other supplier contracts.
Work closely with Legal, Risk, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to resolve contract redlines and ensure timely execution.
Identify and mitigate supplier risks during supplier onboarding and contract negotiations.
Develop and negotiate Statements of Work covering both commercial and business requirements.
Ensure supplier documentation is complete and compliant, including insurance certificates and ISO documentation.
Procurement Operations & Execution
Support procurement activities in accordance with company procurement policies and governance.
Provide regular project updates to Procurement and Program Management teams.
Identify potential execution risks and proactively drive mitigation actions.
Guide business stakeholders through the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Act as a trusted procurement partner, providing operational support and ensuring an excellent stakeholder experience across multiple procurement categories.
