Responsibilities
- Manage inventory planning and replenishment activities to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of ERP master data and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory trends, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Support procurement and material planning activities, including requisitions, order tracking, and replenishment.
- Generate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, supply chain issues, and replenishment exceptions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
- Support new product launches, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain visibility of material requests and provide timely updates on inventory and order status.
- Provide cross-functional support and handle ad hoc operational requests as required.
