■ Key Responsibilities
1. Import shipment management:

• Follow up PR-PO status: Quarterly tracking with suppliers for lead time and capacity update
• Project / Production delivery gap coordinating– ECN implementation follow up & update – Manufacturing QN/DMR issue follow up with suppliers

2. Payment/Invoice : Down-payment request submission

• Clarification for invoice deviation with suppliers and enter in the system

3. Shipping arrangement

• Document collection and air shipment approval submission
• Weekly open order shipping schedule for forwarder to arrange proper shipment (sea/air)
