Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a person with a strategic vision, analytical capacity, and result orientation, who enjoys negotiating, finding opportunities for improvement, and working in an environment where technology facilitates decision-making.

• More than 5 years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing, autonomously managing tenders and negotiations with suppliers.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar, allowing you to provide an analytical and business vision.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, fundamental tools in our procurement operations.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to Procurement and advanced Excel, to analyze information and improve decision-making.
• Professional English level, to move fluently in an international environment.
• Rigor, integrity, and negotiation skills, along with a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and achieving results.

We would love it if you also bring...

• Master's in Procurement or Supply Chain, or professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM.
• Experience in Category Management and in organizations with structured procurement policies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Power BI, or SharePoint.
• Experience collaborating with international subsidiaries or in the sports or media sector.

🎯 What will your mission be?

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will assume the strategic management of different spend categories, contributing to improving the efficiency, competitiveness, and quality of our purchasing decisions.

• Design procurement strategies that generate value. You will analyze spend, identify savings and optimization opportunities, and develop strategies to improve supplier and category management.
• Lead tenders and strategic negotiations. You will manage supplier selection processes, prepare RFPs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate agreements that provide the best conditions for LALIGA.
• Drive efficient relationships with suppliers. You will monitor contracts, renewals, and performance, anticipating risks and ensuring solid and sustainable commercial relationships.
• Guarantee transparent and rigorous procurement processes. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, ensuring traceability and integrity in every process.
• Turn data into better decisions. You will use SAP and artificial intelligence tools to analyze spend, measure savings, identify deviations, and detect new opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to innovation in the Procurement area. You will propose improvements in automated processes and explore new applications of technology and AI to continue gaining agility and efficiency.
