Who are YOU?
You have 2–5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field. Experience working in an IT services, MSP, or technology-driven environment is highly preferred. You are looking for a full-time, onsite opportunity where you can make a direct impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where balancing multiple priorities is second nature. You enjoy coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure orders, shipments, inventory, and purchasing activities are managed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
You are a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in creating efficient processes, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service. You communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels, use sound business judgment when making decisions, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. Most importantly, you enjoy being the person who keeps operations running smoothly while supporting both internal teams and clients.
What does your day/week look like?
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for client and internal equipment, supplies, and technology resources
- Develop vendor quotes and prepare client-facing quotes using ConnectWise
- Process purchase requests and purchase orders while ensuring documentation accuracy
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Uber
- Track orders and shipments, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, damages, and losses
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation across ConnectWise and inventory management systems
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and received inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate RMAs, replacements, returns, warranty claims, and vendor credits
- Communicate order, shipment, and inventory status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with office coordination activities and facility-related service requests
- Meet regularly with leadership to review procurement activities, logistics performance, customer concerns, and operational metrics
