Procurement Specialist (Policy & Strategic Partnering) | 18-Month Contract
We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to support a government agency's Procurement and Contracts Division in advancing procurement policy, strategic sourcing, and business partnering across Whole-of-Government ICT procurement.
In this role, you will advise business divisions on sourcing strategy and contracting models, develop procurement policies and frameworks, lead end-to-end procurement advisory, and support market engagement and vendor governance.
Key requirements:
- Degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Experience in procurement policy, strategic sourcing, procurement advisory, or contract management
- Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills
- Public sector or government procurement experience is a strong advantage
- Can join immediately (August 2026)

- Employment type: Contract (Full-time)
- Contract duration: 18 months (Aug 2026 to Feb 2028)
- Location: Mapletree Business City (hybrid arrangement)
