Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with at least 5 years of procurement experience to support end-to end purchasing activities in an international business environment. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong procurement fundamentals, supplier management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order processing

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business procurement requirements

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

  • Maintain procurement records and prepare reports to support purchasing decisions

  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and drive cost savings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of procurement experience.

  • Experience in shared services, multinational companies, manufacturing, retail, logistics, FMCG, healthcare, or similar industries is highly preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not required.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Amenable to work on a dayshift and hybrid work set-up (5x/month in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City)
