Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Procurement Specialist who is excited about the opportunity to help grow and strengthen an evolving procurement department.

What you'll do:
- Lead procurement activities across the organization, including purchasing, competitive sourcing (RFQs/RFPs), vendor selection, and new product or service implementations.
- Manage supplier relationships through vendor onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, contract support, and vendor risk identification.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements while identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing issues, improve procurement workflows, and support system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain procurement reporting, KPIs, and analytics to drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, compliance standards, process optimization, and organizational growth.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience with procurement, purchasing, or supply chain practices.
- Associates degree and/or procurement related work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word Processing, and database applications.
- Service oriented, with the ability to communicate respectfully, compassionately, and effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly with little supervision.
- Preferred, but not required: Facilities and/or MRO (Maintenance Repair, and Operations) experience.
