Job Description
- Develop And Implement Procurement Strategies And Plans In Alignment With Project Objectives And Timelines
- Lead The Procurement Team In The Execution Of Procurement Activities, Including Sourcing, Supplier Selection, Contract Negotiation, And Purchase Order Placement
- Coordinate With Project Management, Engineering, And Construction Teams To Ensure That Procurement Activities Are Aligned With Project Requirements And Timelines
- Manage Supplier Relationships, Including Supplier Performance Evaluations And Corrective Action Plans
- Monitor And Report On Procurement Progress And Performance, Including Cost, Schedule, And Quality
- Ensure Compliance With Company Procurement Policies And Procedures, As Well As Applicable Laws And Regulations
- Identify And Mitigate Procurement Risks
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's degree. Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement at EPC, especially mining related projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience with procurement software and tools
- Strong ethics and integrity is non-negotiable
- Fluent in Bahasa and English Language
