Lead international procurement of equipment, materials and services and build a reliable supplier and logistics network for the programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead RFQ and competitive tender processes.
· Manage vendor qualification and technical-commercial comparisons.
· Source equipment from Europe, China, India and other relevant markets.
· Negotiate payment terms, Incoterms, guarantees and delivery schedules.
· Coordinate FAT, expediting, inspection, shipping and customs interfaces.
· Manage critical-spares strategy and long-term supply-chain risks.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY
· 8-10+ years of international procurement experience in industrial equipment or EPC projects.
· Strong contract and negotiation skills.
· Experience leading technical RFQs and vendor evaluations.
· Ability to manage multiple procurement packages in parallel.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge of Asian manufacturing and procurement markets.
· Process, rotating or power-equipment procurement experience.
· International logistics and customs experience.
KEY SUCCESS MEASURES
· Competitive total installed cost and reliable delivery.
· Qualified supplier base.
· Minimal schedule impact from procurement and logistics.
RECRUITMENT PRINCIPLE
We are looking first and foremost for hands-on implementers with a proven record of taking real industrial or infrastructure projects from planning through procurement, construction, commissioning and operation.
The roles are part of an international renewable-energy, circular-economy, biorefining and industrial side-stream utilisation investment programme with Côte dIvoire as the principal implementation country. The portfolio includes both fast-start production projects and later large-scale industrial investments.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
A reasonable level of working English is essential. French language skills are a major advantage.

EMPLOYMENT AND LOCATION
Employment form, work location and travel requirements will be defined role by role. Some positions may begin in Finland or elsewhere in Europe, but several key roles will require significant presence in Côte dIvoire during implementation phases.
