This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Procurement / Supply Planning Solution Architect based in India.
This is a strategic solution architecture role focused on Oracle Cloud SCM across Procurement and Supply Planning.
You will shape solutions covering Core Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Supply Planning capabilities.
The role includes designing scalable processes, conducting fit-gap assessments, and translating business needs into effective Oracle solutions.
You will work closely with Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing and replenishment processes.
A key focus will be supporting supplier onboarding and self-service capabilities while establishing robust planning processes.
You will contribute to complex Oracle Fusion implementations in a global, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the solution design and functional architecture for Oracle Fusion Procurement, including Core Purchasing, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal.
- Design and support Oracle Fusion Supply Planning solutions, including manual and forecast-driven supply plans, with a focus on Supply Chain Availability.
- Define and support supplier onboarding processes and Supplier Portal self-service capabilities.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, identify solution alternatives, and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and other solution design documentation required for implementation.
- Establish and support baseline intake processes for Supply Planning requirements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Inventory teams to design effective sourcing, replenishment, and supply planning processes.
- Support end-to-end solution alignment across Procurement and Supply Planning while ensuring consistency with broader enterprise architecture.
- Contribute to Oracle Cloud implementation activities and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve functional challenges and ensure successful solution adoption.
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, with substantial experience across both Procurement and Supply Planning.
- Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect on at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Procurement or Supply Planning implementations.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, particularly Core Purchasing, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Planning, including manual and forecast-driven supply plans; Demand Management is outside the scope of this role.
- Experience designing supplier onboarding processes and portal self-service experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and produce clear, high-quality functional specifications.
- Experience collaborating with Manufacturing and Inventory teams on sourcing, replenishment, and supply planning design.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM processes and enterprise solution architecture.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Full-time employment with an approximately 0.92 FTE engagement (around 1,440 hours).
