Procurement Systems Support Analyst

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a situational telework position, not full-time telework. The Walla Walla District US Army Corps of Engineers is comprised of the very best engineering services for communities in the Pacific Northwest.

Systemic Data Synthesis: Leverages Power BI and similar enterprise web-based platforms to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, custom reports, and key performance metric visualizations.

Capacity and Lifecycle Monitoring: Actively tracks and monitors contract capacity for Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) and Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) and coordinates the strategic tracking of contract option years.

Workflow Integration: Analyzes and documents procurement system workflows, identifying bottlenecks and developing procedures to ensure rigorous data integrity within automated systems.

Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Serves as a technical super-user to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system errors, and provides user-support for automated database platforms.

Closeout Management: Directly tracks, coordinates, and processes contract closeout procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Training and Policy Dissemination: Develops training curricula and instructs acquisition personnel on system operations while interpreting relevant regulations and policies for action officers.

Knowledge Management: Directs and maintains content for organizational SharePoint portals and web pages to support internal information sharing.
