Procurement Technician – $17-18/hr W2 – Phoenix – Part-Time
SunSoft Online is hiring a Procurement Technician for a public-sector organization in Phoenix. This is an onsite, part-time contract supporting day-to-day purchasing and procurement operations.
The work: Process purchase requisitions; support solicitations and contracts; track contracts; conduct procurement research and reporting; assist with procurement card administration; and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Required:
- Purchasing or procurement experience
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Adobe experience
- Smartsheet experience
The facts:
$18-19/hr W2
20–30 hours per week
Monday-Friday between 9 AM-5 PM; candidate can determine the schedule within those hours
100% onsite in Phoenix (85007)
Contract through December 4, 2026
Anticipated start August 31
In-person interview required
Phoenix-area candidates only; current city must be on resume
