Procurement Technician (Procurement & Outsourcing)

What you'll do

• Control compliance with internal and regulatory regulations in procurement and outsourcing processes.
• Manage the implementation of new outsourced services while respecting established deadlines.
• Supervise supplier quality through the monitoring of service levels (SLA) and dashboards.
• Execute Know Your Supplier (KYS) processes, including the review of sanctions and PEP lists.
• Support the management of logistics and general services for the correct functioning of the office.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in managing Procurement, Outsourcing, or compliance (KYS) processes.
• Ability to perform checks of sanctions lists, PEP, and adverse information searches.
• Skill for data analysis and the maintenance of databases and dashboards.
• Orientation towards continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Analytical mindset for the monitoring of controls and regulatory evidence.

Your work guarantees that the outsourcing of services is carried out under the regulatory and operational standards of BNP Paribas Cardif. Your management will allow our departments in Spain and Portugal to operate with total security and efficiency.
