Micro1 is engaging procurement and vendor management practitioners to turn real workflows into multi-step AI benchmark tasks with realistic reference materials and objective grading criteria. Work includes supplier assessment, bid comparison, vendor risk analysis and contract review; creating RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, SLAs and risk assessments; identifying ambiguous tasks; and delivering approved work to quality and schedule requirements.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of direct hands-on procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment or vendor management ownership; structured supplier scorecards, weighted bid criteria or risk frameworks; and confidence working across contracts, spreadsheets and reports. CIPS, CPSM or equivalent and AI/LLM evaluation experience are advantages, not requirements. English B2 minimum, C1 preferred. No prior AI experience required.

Engagement: Contract. Remote, global; no geographic restrictions. Headline pay is US$45–US$90/hour.
