The Role
We are seeking a Producer to join our team in Australia.
You will be responsible for building a strong relationships with our clients and becoming their advocates. You will be advising the clients on a number of key areas:
General Marketing Advice & Support
Prioritisation of product features to maximise ROI
Analytics to support Data Driven Decisions
In addition, you will be also working alongside our development team to assist them with:
Product Backlog Management in coordination with offshore Product Owner
Coordinating UI/UX Design and Wireframes with our designers
End User Testing/UAT
Risk Management
Agency Account Management experience is highly favourable.

Job Description
Client Relationship Management
Engage with the development team daily to discuss tasks and impediments that the team is facing
Coordinate weekly product demos for stakeholders to review iterative builds
Ensure the high standard of wireframing and designs through User Experience Research and Testing
Understanding the client’s vision and consult with them on business, marketing and people strategies
Perform End User Testing on iterative builds to ensure high quality builds are being shipped
Continually master industry knowledge, innovate our processes and contribute to our high performance culture.
