We are looking for a meticulous, relationship-driven Producer to lead and streamline our project management efforts. Established in 2013, CraveFX has partnered with brands, agencies, organisations, and museums to create award-winning animation, visual content, and immersive interactive experiences.

Your duties as a Producer include but are not exclusive to:
Have a good understanding in creating and manage project schedules and timelines for various projects.
Able to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including pre-production, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery.
Able to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project’s requirements and delegate roles accordingly.
Have a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes.
Able to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on the status of the project and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Work with clients:
To understand their vision, objectives, needs and wants and convey their feedback to the production team and
Ensure that they are satisfied with the project’s progress at all times.
Work with the production team to understand their capabilities and limitations.
Collaborate with:
Project heads to ensure the project meets client’s expectation and
Production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with the Creative Director or project head to obtain their feedback, and ensure that all animation sequences align with the Creative Director’s or client’s vision.
Archival of completed projects.
Prepare creative presentations/decks.
Managing vendors and freelancers to ensure that they deliver high quality work in a timely manner.
Able to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and all members of the creative and production team.
Assist Directors & HR and Operations Team in other areas where necessary.
Ideally you are/have:
Self-driven, detail-oriented and organised.
Responsible and personable.
Adaptable leader under pressure.
Background in creative agencies.
Production management experience in the animation or film industry.
Familiarity with animation production pipelines and workflows.
