Producer- Non-Fiction, Colors

Content Development & Execution:

• Conceive and develop competitive fiction show concepts in collaboration with the Group Head/Creative Head, ensuring alignment with audience preferences and industry trends.
• Engage with production houses to explore potential projects, fostering partnerships that align with creative vision and platform strategy.
• Develop fiction programming tailored to Hindi TV audiences, ensuring a mix of engaging narratives, strong character arcs, and cultural authenticity.
• Oversee the production of fiction shows—review and approve story outlines, scripts, rough cuts, budgets, and post-production workflows.
• Ensure high-quality storytelling and flawless execution from pre-production to final broadcast.

Stakeholder Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including post-production, programming, marketing, and sales, ensuring seamless coordination across functions.
• Act as a key liaison for disseminating relevant information among programming, marketing, PR, and other internal partners, fostering alignment across departments.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including production houses and talent management teams.
• Supervise production house operations and artist management to ensure smooth execution of fiction programming.
