Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a creative and passionate Producer, Retail & Event Activation (1-year Contract) to join our Brand Creative team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are also a team player who can identify design trends and help bring engaging concepts to life as tangible experiences.
  • In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end planning and coordination for retail design, global pop-up, and brand activation projects. You will help guide from the initial creative brief and spatial planning through to custom fabrication, printing, logistics, and final build-out. You will collaborate closely with internal design teams, retail operations, logistics partners, venue management, and external vendors to ensure all physical brand experiences are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest visual standard. This role requires strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for technical/spatial detail, and the ability to drive multiple fast-paced projects from start to finish.



Job Description

  • Lead material sourcing, vendor technical curation, and budget negotiations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality production for physical builds.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and shipping logistics to drive projects forward from brief to delivery.
  • May oversee custom fabrication, visual merchandising standards, and on-site pop-up installations, ensuring all structures are executed safely and to standard.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, Monday.com tracking boards, and essential documentation (e.g., artwork approvals, technical specs, and purchase orders).
  • Identify production risks, scheduling issues, or discrepancies early and escalate with clear, viable solutions.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Project Management, or Creative Production.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management, event production, or product development within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet rigorous deadlines simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, including sampling cycles, vendor coordination, and global delivery logistics.
  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding technical specifications, artwork approvals, costing, and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, 3D visualization tools, or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus, but not strictly required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers globally.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus.
