Summary
Design and run human-led adoption programs (workshops, coaching, communities) to help merchants realize value from a B2B commerce platform, leveraging French fluency.
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋
Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!
We’re looking for a French speaking Product Adoption Strategist to join our EMEA team. The Product Adoption Strategist (Human-Led & Interactive) sits within the wider Launch and Customer organisation and reports to the Manager of Adoption. The role owns the adoption strategy, hypotheses, experiments, and implementation for high-impact, human-led programs and interactive communities that accelerate value realization for a specific feature or market.
What you’ll be doing:
Own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for a specific feature or market, including strategy, session design, facilitation, follow-up, and performance for 1-to-many and 1-to-1 programs.
Identify underutilised product areas and customer segments and translate adoption opportunities into scalable human-led initiatives such as clinics, masterclasses, and peer roundtables to supplement tech driven journeys.
Build proactive repeatable coaching playbooks for high-value or at-risk accounts with low feature penetration, delivering targeted and consultative optimisation support.
Conduct live qualitative deep-dives to understand the psychological or workflow barriers to adoption and map those insights back to core customer personas.
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data, Education, Launch and Account management to create a cross functional customer journey that aligns with product priorities, merchant needs, and operational realities.
And a little bit of....
Advocate for customers across the wider organisation and surface the reasons why features are not being picked up or sticking.
Build deep relationships with both customer facing and product teams to create a coherent and consistent feedback loop with our customers at the heart.
Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What you need to bring:
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Product Training, Consultative Customer Enablement, Implementation Consultant, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Be fluent in English and professionally proficient in French or German.
Experience translating product features into business outcomes and developing interactive workshops or coaching programs that solve customer friction points.
Experience gathering qualitative customer feedback from live interactions and turning it into actionable recommendations for product, onboarding, or adoption improvements.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to teach complex workflows in a simple, consultative way.
We know that people are more than what’s on their CV. If you’re unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the ‘Apply’ button and give it a try!
