About the role
We are looking for a tech-savvy Product Analyst who can combine product analysis, project management, AI-driven automation with Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into clear product functionalities, manage projects from planning to delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements, define product features, functionalities, business logic, and user flows.
Prepare PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure smooth product implementation.
Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource coordination.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct project follow-ups, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Manage project workflows, task tracking, sprint planning, and reporting using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
Work with version control and development collaboration tools such as GitHub or GitLab to coordinate development activities and track implementation progress.
Design, build, and optimize AI-driven automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Develop and implement Agentic AI workflows, including AI agents capable of handling multi-step tasks, interacting with tools, and automating business and operational processes.
About you
3–5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or technical project management.
Strong understanding of product development, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
Experience managing projects, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with version control systems and development workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI automation, Agentic AI, and AI agent-based workflows.
Experience integrating AI models, tools, and business systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
Understanding of prompt engineering, LLMs, JSON, and workflow integrations.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and take ownership of deliverables.
