Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyse user behaviour, engagement, and operational data to drive business decisions.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI.
• Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Track key metrics such as retention, conversion, usage, and funnel performance.
• Provide insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory).
• Experience in Python (good to have, not mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Tableau / Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with B2C apps/platforms (consumer-facing products).
