Position: Product Analyst
Preferred candidates are based in Poznań or Warsaw, with occasional and flexible office visits depending on business needs and workshop effectiveness. Candidates from other locations are also welcome, provided their experience and availability align well with the role requirements.

In this role, you will work with product teams to define data requirements, analyze user behavior, and transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in establishing reliable data foundations, creating analytical solutions, and supporting product decisions through meaningful insights.

Responsibilities:
Define data requirements and establish effective data contracts supporting product initiatives
Collect, process, and analyze product data from multiple sources Build and maintain analytical datasets and aggregated metrics
Develop recurring ETL processes to ensure reliable and consistent data flows
Analyze clickstream data to understand user behavior and product performance
Create dashboards and reports supporting product managers and business stakeholders
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and actionable insights
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data teams, and other stakeholders to support data-driven decisions
Monitor key product metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
Support the development and improvement of analytical processes and reporting standards
Requirements:
Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data queries
Experience creating and maintaining recurring ETL processes
Practical experience analyzing clickstream data and user behavior patterns
Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, or similar
Ability to independently analyze data and translate findings into business recommendations
Experience working with product analytics and supporting product decision-making
Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality
Good command of English and Polish (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have:
Experience with GA4 and web analytics
Knowledge of Python for data processing and analytical workflows
Experience analyzing e-commerce products and user journeys
Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation approaches
Experience working with large-scale datasets
