We operate as a truly global, remote-first team across different time zones, united by a culture of autonomy and shared goals.
We are currently seeking proactive specialists to join our cross-functional environment. At Weltrade, we offer impact, ownership, and the stability to do your best work. We are a flat organization where empowered professionals are trusted to design the future of global trading.
About your Role
In this role, you will join Weltrade's Product Analytics function, a data-driven team dedicated to helping product teams make confident decisions through reliable measurement and actionable insights. Your mission is to own the product analytics framework across our web and mobile trading platforms, ensuring that every product decision is backed by accurate event tracking, meaningful experimentation, and user behavior analysis. Your primary challenge will be transforming complex user interactions into scalable measurement solutions that improve product performance, feature adoption, and customer retention. Your work will directly contribute to building a seamless trading experience while supporting Weltrade's mission of delivering secure, efficient, and accessible financial services to clients worldwide.
Requirements
- Own the event tracking markup / instrumentation for the website and mobile apps — the tracking plan, events, and parameters (GTM for web, mobile SDKs, enhanced conversions).
- Analyze product funnels, user journeys, retention, cohorts, and feature adoption on the trading app.
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments — define success metrics, interpret results with statistical rigor, and recommend decisions.
- Define and maintain product metrics and the source of truth for them; build dashboards and reporting.
- Run ad-hoc analyses and surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with product, growth, and marketing — including acquisition and attribution overlap where it touches the product.
Responsibilities
- Event tracking markup / instrumentation of site and apps — designing and owning the tracking plan (events, parameters), via GTM (web), mobile SDKs, and enhanced conversions.
- Experience with product/event analytics platforms (GA4, PostHog, Clarity, Contentsquare, Hotjar, or similar).
- Product analytics methods: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, segmentation, customer-journey mapping.
- Experimentation — A/B test design, metric selection, and reading results (statistical significance, confidence).
- Ability to turn open-ended product questions into analyses and communicate findings clearly.
- Comfortable in a fast-growing environment — building measurement from scratch and wearing multiple hats.
- SQL for ad-hoc analysis (secondary — primary querying is through the product analytics tools).
Nice to Have
- BigQuery (or a comparable cloud data warehouse).
- Python for data wrangling and statistical analysis.
- Power BI (or other BI tools).
