Product and User Interface Designer
Summary
A Product and UI Designer role focusing on UI/UX design, building design systems in Figma, and applying product thinking to digital products for a fintech/crypto company in Lagos.
Requirements
●3–5 years shipping digital products, ideally in fintech, banking, or crypto.
●Excellent UI, UX, and interaction design skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
●High proficiency in Figma, with experience building or maintaining design systems, and comfort contributing to one as part of a team rather than solo.
●A strong product mindset, you look past "what" to understand the "why" behind a customer or business problem.
●Experience using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate on solutions.
●Experience writing or reviewing product copy with intention.
●Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment, you balance speed with quality and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for a fully-scoped brief.
Bonus: experience designing for a Nigerian or African user base, or for a product with both personal and business account types.
