Senior Product Associate
Key Responsibilities
Support the product team in defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features
Gather and document business requirements, user needs, and product feedback
Help write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Assist in managing the product backlog and keeping priorities aligned with business goals
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Help analyze product performance using data, customer feedback, and operational insights
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
Support user testing, feature validation, and release planning
Ensure product documentation is kept up to date
Communicate progress, issues, and updates clearly to internal teams
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analysis, operations, support, or similar role
Strong interest in product management and digital products
Good understanding of how software products are built and delivered
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into clear documentation
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a product career
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience working with data, reports, or dashboards
Exposure to customer-facing systems, e-commerce, SaaS, or operational platforms
Basic SQL or analytics knowledge is a bonus
