Product Conformance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a product compliance & safety manager to lead our product and compliance team. This team is dedicated to the design, testing, debugging, and certification of Raritan products in terms of EMC and Safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Develop a reasonable and cost-effective safety design guide for products in compliance with UL/IEC 62368-1, CB, and country-specific requirements
2.Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to pinpoint safety issues in product designs.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate safety considerations into product development.
4.Develop and implement safety testing and certification plans, coordinate with regulatory labs and optimize processes to effectively execute the safety testing/certification, review data and reports for certification completion, assist customers, and troubleshoot any issues.
5.Provide guidance and mentorship to the team.
