As a Product Data Analyst within our Data Management department, you'll play an important role in ensuring that our product data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You'll analyse data quality issues, identify inconsistencies and their root causes, and work with colleagues across the business to find practical solutions. You'll combine your analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes to improve the way product data is managed and used. You'll work closely with teams such as Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Data Management to understand issues, improve data quality, and prevent recurring problems. This is your daily action - Monitor and analyse product data quality to ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with business requirements. - Analyse product data and data flows between systems to identify discrepancies, missing information, incorrect records, and potential data quality risks. - Investigate the root causes of data quality issues by understanding the underlying business processes, identifying where errors originate, and coordinating appropriate solutions. - Maintain, validate, and improve key article data across relevant business systems to ensure data integrity and reliability. - Perform data cleansing and correction activities, including mass data corrections, to improve data accuracy and consistency. - Identify recurring da...
