Product Data Analyst
You will own end-to-end data management for the Pro product domain, including production pipelines, dbt models, dashboards, and metric frameworks. You will define north star metrics, build full-funnel reporting, design and lead A/B testing and causal-inference analyses, and turn results into product recommendations. You will improve data quality and engineering standards, incorporate AI-assisted analytics workflows, and communicate clear insights to technical, non-technical, and senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the product data domain as a full-stack data analyst
- Design and evolve dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks
- Build and maintain scalable dbt models, production pipelines, and full-funnel reporting
- Design and own A/B testing frameworks and apply causal inference techniques
- Translate experimental results into product strategy recommendations
- Contribute to data technical direction, priorities, data quality, and engineering standards
- Use LLM-augmented pipelines and GenAI-assisted analytics workflows
- Deliver data-driven insights to technical, non-technical, and senior audiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial markets, or crypto environments with high data-quality and scale requirements
- Hands-on experience with advanced trading products in equities, crypto, or other assets
- Professional financial-markets, trading-desk, or professional-trading background
- Experience building and owning production data pipelines
- Strong familiarity with dbt and Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools
- Mastery of SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions
- Strong Python proficiency for pipeline development and analysis
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to apply causal inference techniques and develop growth recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives from design through delivery
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in software engineering, economics, hard science, or a similarly analytically rigorous field
- Fluency in English
