Stuller is hiring a Product Data Analyst in Lafayette, LA to analyze, audit, validate, and document product data, partnering with Manufacturing, Merchandising, and Procurement to fix data quality issues. Core tools include analytics/reporting platforms, advanced Excel, and Oracle/Oracle PIM & P360.

The Product Data Analyst supports the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data through routine analysis, validation, and documentation. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Product Design and Development, Procurement and Planning, Merchandising, and other subject matter experts to identify data quality issues, support corrective actions, and strengthen reliable product information for business operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product data to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and opportunities to improve data quality.
  • Perform routine audits and validations of product attributes, specifications, and related data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Research data discrepancies and work with business partners to resolve issues and maintain accurate product information.
  • Assist in monitoring product data quality metrics and reporting results to stakeholders.
  • Support data maintenance activities by documenting findings, corrective actions, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Design & Development, Procurement & Planning, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, and other teams to validate product information.
  • Follow established data governance standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Use established Product Data systems and tools such as Oracle, Oracle PIM and P360 to support routine analysis, validation, documentation, and data maintenance activities, with the ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes as needed.
  • Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Drive for continuous improvement personally and professionally.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, product data, business operations, or related field.
  • Understanding of basic jewelry manufacturing knowledge.
