Product Data Executive
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month

Reporting To: General Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL
Working day and working time: The employee shall be required to work six (6) days per week on a rotating shift schedule basis, with one (1) designated rest day per week as scheduled by the Company.
The working hours shall be arranged according to the operational requirements of the Company and may include the following shifts:
Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Job Summary:
The Product Data Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data across the company’s systems, including product, inventory, order, and operational data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting data accuracy, reporting, and analysis for an online supermarket environment.
✅ Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update product, pricing, and inventory data
Monitor stock accuracy and resolve data discrepancies
Verify order data and identify abnormal orders
Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
Update promotional pricing and product information
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, finance, and operations teams
Ensure data accuracy and smooth system operations
✅ Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Detail-oriented and analytical
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in supermarket, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
Familiar with inventory systems and data management
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
