As a Product Delivery Manager, your focus will be on designing, configuring, validating, and delivering RTSM solutions that support the successful execution of clinical trials. You will serve as the primary delivery lead for assigned studies, partnering closely with Sponsors, CROs, and internal cross-functional teams to translate study protocols into scalable, high-quality RTSM solutions.
As a trusted client partner, you will guide study teams through protocol design, system configuration, validation, deployment, and ongoing study maintenance while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with Atreo's quality standards.
About the Job
System Implementation:
Lead implementation of client RTSM applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Serve as the primary Product Delivery lead for assigned clinical studies from protocol review through Production deployment
Analyze clinical protocols and translate study requirements into functional RTSM designs
Design study workflows including randomization strategies, visit schedules, dispensing logic, inventory management, country strategies, notification workflows, and system behavior
Configure and validate studies within Atreo Studio while ensuring consistency with implementation standards and best practices
Develop Functional Specifications, Configuration Specifications, and supporting implementation documentation
Coordinate implementation activities across Product Development, Quality Control, Project Management, Customer Success, and Engineering
Lead study risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and support Sponsor UAT activities
Coordinate Production deployments and ensure study readiness before Go Live
Lead third-party integrations including EDC, CTMS, ePRO, laboratories, couriers, depots, and other connected systems
Support change management throughout the study lifecycle
Investigate production issues and coordinate timely resolution
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready study documentation
Client Partnership:
Serve as the primary Product Delivery contact for assigned Sponsors and CROs
Lead protocol review meetings, study design workshops, and implementation discussions
Develop trusted relationships with Sponsors and clinical study teams
Translate complex clinical protocols into practical RTSM solutions
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Facilitate design decisions and provide RTSM best practice guidance
Partner with Project Management to achieve study milestones and deliverables
Support long-term customer success throughout the study lifecycle
Requirements
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in RTSM, IRT, clinical technology, clinical operations, clinical supply management, or related life sciences
Demonstrated experience independently delivering RTSM or comparable clinical technology implementations
Strong understanding of randomized clinical trial design and execution
Experience designing randomization strategies and clinical supply workflows
Experience interpreting complex protocols and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Experience supporting global clinical studies is preferred
Knowledge of GCP, ICH Guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and applicable regulatory requirements
Experience working directly with Sponsors, CROs, and cross-functional technical teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent studies while maintaining quality

Hiring Information
Location: Remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors
